Brielmaier motorised mower
Brielmaier is a German manufacturer of professional mowers for agriculture based in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. The product range includes motorised mowers, spiked rollers and wheels, mowers, attachments and accessories.
Brielmaier - history of the company
Today's Brielmaier brand goes back to Martin Brielmaier and Peter Fürst, who founded the sheet metal processing company Brielmaier + Fürst in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance in the mid-1980s. The company initially acted as a supplier for companies in the Lake Constance region. In 1992, Brielmaier + Fürst took over Maschinenfabrik Brielmayr, whose main product was a motorised mower. This marked the beginning of the history of the Brielmaier brand in the field of motorised mowing.
A first key step in the new design of the motorised mower was the use of hydraulic components. This brought a number of advantages in terms of operation and safety, especially when working on steep slopes. This was achieved by significantly lowering the centre of gravity of the mower by placing the hydraulic pump and control block next to the engine. This makes it possible to work safely and comfortably on steep slopes. The developments from Brielmaier have quickly established themselves with customers from the professional agricultural sector. The manufacturer has made a name for itself in just a few decades and is now an established name in the field of professional mowing.
The Brielmaier product range
The motorised mower is the company's core product. The machine is available in different engine versions - what all machines have in common is the chassis, the wheel hub motor, the hydraulics and the control unit. The combination of electrical technology and hydraulics has proven to be extremely advantageous and versatile.
Brielmaier spiked rollers are equipped with an innovative and patented process. Interchangeable plastic cleats ensure optimum grip, grip and propulsion on slopes. The various versions of the roller are adapted to different areas of application. This means that even extremely steep slopes can be worked without any problems. If there are no mowing tasks on steep slopes or swampy terrain, every Brielmaier mower can also be fitted with conventional rubber tyres.
Brielmaier mowers are exclusively equipped with the double-blade portal mower system Bidux (ESM). A wide range of cutting widths can be realised here. The Duo 6 with two basic machines achieves a cutting width of 6 metres and is therefore designed for maximum efficiency on large areas. Brielmaier mowers can also be used universally as implement carriers. The most common additions and attachments are Mulchers, hill rakes, belt rakes, hay pushers, front sweepers, snow blowers and snow clearers.
