The demand for optimum "crop flow optimisation" is implemented in a new way here. In addition to a unique beam back design, for example, all fastening elements are designed to optimise crop flow. Various attachment elements have been optimised or, where possible, eliminated.

In the critical zone of the general state of the art (red), the knife edge cannot be resharpened in its entirety for geometric reasons.
The innovative biduxX-FLOW® blade design allows the entire cutting edge to be resharpened.
After each sharpening, the knife blade is restored to its original cutting edge condition!

Carbodux® knife blade
Only ESM has a serrated knife blade specially designed for use in coarse-grained material. This blade is used in the biduxX-flow ® in the upper knife paired with a smooth lower knife for an exact cut, designed for maximum performance. Long service life and no regrinding necessary = reduction of grinding effort by 50 %.
