Features of Carbodux blades

Mower blades manufactured using the patented Carbodux process are characterised by their hardness, sharpness and resilience. Carbodux blades are manufactured by highly specialised partners in the metal industry who consistently implement ESM's specifications. Specialised tempering processes, state-of-the-art production technologies and consistent quality monitoring deliver results that meet the highest standards. The use of Carbodux blades significantly increases the service life of a mower blade. If a mower blade comes into contact with foreign objects, this can cause the blade to become blunt or the entire blade to be destroyed if the mower blade is of inferior quality. The result is an interruption of the mowing process and replacement or regrinding of the blade. In the professional harvesting sector, such interruptions to the harvesting process should be avoided, as time is lost and additional costs are incurred. For this reason, ESM blades manufactured using the Carbodux process should be used. The blades are insensitive to foreign bodies and other hard objects.
