RI.MA GROUP S.r.l. is a manufacturer and global supplier of spare parts for mowing and harvesting technology as well as for agricultural machinery and equipment. RI.MA is headquartered in Milan, Italy, and its commercial network extends to over 1500 international trading partners.

History of RI.MA

The history of the company dates back to 1938, when the company founder Giuseppe Satirana, a mechanic, began designing lawn mowers and other agricultural mowing machines. In the years that followed, the company, which was initially still represented on the market under the name A.R.M.A, continuously expanded its product range. With the development of ever more powerful engines and improved technologies, it was soon possible to design agricultural machinery for a wide variety of tasks. This expansion of the product range resulted in a corresponding expansion of the sales network. In 1972, the company was renamed to its current name RI.MA (Ricambi Macchine - machine spare parts). The background to this was the reorganisation of the product range to include a wide range of spare parts for agricultural machinery and their distribution. The success of this new company orientation led to an expansion of RI.MA sales to the world market. This was followed by economically very successful years with new product lines and an expansion of sales, particularly to Central and Eastern Europe. In 2001, RI.MA relocated to larger and more modern production and administration buildings in Settimo Milanese.
